While making beer isn't quite akin to taking the first step on the moon, our industry’s very nature demands progress through exploration and accepting certain elements of risk. If we aren't trying new things, how will we know what’s possible? This beer is a nod towards taking that leap; fermented with an expressive yeast strain for maximum ester production and a grist purpose built for maximum lupulin solubility. Hopped with seven different varieties of hops, several in the form of advanced hop products, each specifically chosen and added at specific times across four different stages. The result is an imperial IPA with an enormously complex fruit character, balanced bitterness, and a palate so soft it nearly defies gravity.
