Our 2022 Great American Beer Fest silver medal and 2018 World Beer Cup gold medal winner is a Classic American-style Red Ale with piney, citrusy hops from the Pacific Northwest and a rich, malty backbone. Hops include Centennial, Amarillo and Mosaic, generating bright grapefruit pith & tangerine that meld with notes of caramel and freshly baked bread from several different malts, which also contribute to its deep mahogany, crimson-like appearance. An assertive bitterness tames the malt sweetness for a balanced brew, warming up the soul.
