Our 2022 Great American Beer Fest silver medal and 2018 World Beer Cup gold medal winner is a Classic American-style Red Ale with hops from the Pacific Northwest piled on top of a rich, malty foundation. Simcoe, Chinook, Citra, & Colunbus let it rip with pine, grapefruit, bitter orange, and a splash of pineapple. Those flavors blend seamlessly with notes of caramel and freshly baked bread from several different malts, which also contribute to its deep mahogany, crimson-like appearance. An assertive bitterness tames the malt sweetness for a balanced brew, warming up the soul.
