Double Pineapple Mai Tai

DDH West Coast Double IPA with Pineapple - 8%

This is the Double version of our drier, decidedly “tropical” IPA infused with a reckless amount of luscious pineapple. The enormous dry hop load of Mosaic hops, split across multiple additions, works in tandem with the elevated ABV to infuse as much delicious, aromatic oil into the beer as possible. The intense notes of passion fruit, mango, lychee and blueberry offer a synergistic pairing with the vibrant, sweet, island vibes of freshly cut pineapple. It is an irresistible combination. And thanks to a clean fermentation profile and simple grain bill, this flavor rich liquid is just as drinkable as classic Mai Tai- maybe even more so.
