For the 2021 harvest year of Oodelallie, we built a blend of mixed fermentation saisons, aged in oak for 24 months. The resulting blend refermented on locally grown Olallieberries from Gizdich Ranch for a maceration of 4 months. Bright garnet hues are encompassed by notes of dark, jammy berry, hibiscus, and rose with a delicate earthiness, & soft acidity.
