Our Beer

Unfortunately we’re kind of selfish when it comes to brewing. We brew styles that pique our own interests and allow us to learn more about our craft. But what we strive for is to make sure there’s something for everyone in this ADHD-approach to beer making. Most beers listed below will not be available all the time, but as we continue to evolve as a brewery, you’ll see many of these reappear, along with exciting new releases. Maintaining the fun part about brewing is important to us, so we try not to get too tied down to any particular styles or brands.

Kettle Sour Ale

Our wort is soured with five strains of natural, probiotic bacteria that produce pleasantly tart levels of lactic acid. Once the baseline sourness is established, we take the wort through a normal fermentation just like any other beer, and condition this particular one on boysenberry puree.

ABV 5% | ~3 IBU

Kettle Sour ale

Once the baseline sourness is established, we take the wort through a normal fermentation just like any other beer, and condition this particular one on passion fruit, orange and guava puree.

Imperial Kettle Sour Ale

Collaboration originally brewed with Track 7 for their 5th Anniversary, brought back for Sacramento Beer Week! This is an "imperial" Kettle Sour ale brewed with mandarin oranges & apricots. Super juicy, intense tartness, huge flavors and aromas of citrus and stone fruit. At just over eight percent abv, the alcohol is hidden while the vitamin C perception is high; you may forgot you're drinking beer!

ABV 8.1% | 15 IBU

Kettle Sour Ale

Our wort is soured with five strains of natural, probiotic bacteria that produce pleasantly tart levels of lactic acid. Once the baseline sourness is established, we take the wort through a normal fermentation just like any other beer, and condition this particular one on pineapple puree and dry hop it with Mosaic.

Tayberry

Gose-style Ale

We employ a unique, fast souring process to these "kettle soured" ales that adds a rich, clean acidity which sets the stage to allow different fruits to shine. In this Gose-style ale we've conditioned the beer on Tayberry, a French hybrid of raspberry & blackberry.

Kettle Sour Ale

A kettle sour ale with a pronounced lactic acid character that contributes a sharp, but refreshing sour character. A touch of table salt provides a hint of savory balance for this low alcohol, sessionable beer style. Fruited variations include Tayberry, Blood Peach, Strawberry Kiwi, Strawberry Rhubarb, Fruit Cocktail & others.
